Ways Of Travelling

Text 1. It’s the fastest way of traveling. It can take you from one town or to another in no time. The seats are comfortable. When the weather is rainy or foggy you can’t travel by it.
Text 2.

This way of traveling is fast. You can stop at any place you like and go where you like. You need no tickets. You can make your own timetable. Usually families travel by it.
Text 3.

This is the slowest way of traveling. Both young and old people like it. You needn’t worry about tickets. The only thing you need is a rucksack. You can visit many places in such a way.
Text 4.

This way of traveling is fast. It is also enjoyable. The sears are comfortable. You can see a lot of interesting places from the windows. You can make long journeys on land by it.
Text 5.

This way of traveling is not so fast. Some people enjoy traveling by it. But others don’t like it at all. Usually people travel by it in summer, when they are on holidays. You can see waves and seagulls while traveling by it.

T: I have surprise for you. I’ve just received a letter from your pen-friend Alice.

Not only you like traveling. Your pen-friend from The USA likes it too.

Dear Friends,
Thank you for your letters. It was interesting to know about your trips last summer.
I also like traveling to different cities. Sometimes I go to other countries too. I travel by sea, by train or fly. I like voyages very much and often take pictures on board of the ship.
I would like to tell you some things which happened to me when I was traveling to London. It was not a lucky trip. I missed my train because I arrived late at the railway station. In the train somebody stole my photo camera. There was no taxi or bus to take me to the hotel and so I had to go on foot.
When I came up to the hotel, it was midnight. I was very tired but the lift didn’t work. So I was very unhappy and slept badly.
However, in the morning the sun began to shine again and life seemed brighter. Then I heard my favorite song over the radio and felt better.

“There is nothing like traveling”, I said. “Only look at the bright side”.
